Alicia Malone

Alicia underwent the FilmStruck application process, which is a TCM streamer service for film. Malone made recordings of Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's openings so that she could try reading them out front of the camera before the TCM channel host audition. After being interviewed for an interview for a Turner Classic Movies host position in 2017, TCM offered her a job in the January following the audition. Malone spoke about the challenges that women face when it comes to film production during two separate TEDx speech. Entertainment Tonight MTV's Live from the Red Carpet Oscars pre-show as well as ABC 2019, Live from the Red Carpet.
